What if I sign up for the trial and decide it’s not for me ?

You can cancel your trial subscription at any time, for any reason, before your trial is up and you will not be charged. Simply let us know and we will gladly stop your subscription charge before it happens. You can cancel by calling us at 1-844-777-XGEN , emailing our customer service department or logging into your Member Center and canceling on your own under the ‘Memberships’ tab.
